OUR SWEET RULES
Your initial deposit secures your order and is nonrefundable or transferable. Invoices must be paid in full by the due date indicated (which is 4 business days prior to the date of service), or the contract is null and void. Invoices are good for 48 hours after it has been sent to you.
A rush fee of $50 is applied to any cake order and $20 applied to any treat order placed and picked up within the same work week/5 business days. (Our business days are Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.)
The date of the final payment is the final date for any changes in size, style, or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
No refunds on rush orders. Refunds are subject to the owner’s discretion. Refunds will be less the deposit amount.
Delivery and setup are an additional cost. Order pick-ups are by appointment only. Please notify staff if other arrangements are needed.
Petite Sweets N Treats is not responsible for any non-toxic decorations used on cake designs, such as real and silk flowers, disco powder, and luster dust. This bakery uses corn, soy, gluten, nuts, and dairy items. Please inform staff of any allergies. We cannot duplicate another artist’s work. We use pictures sent as inspiration and a guideline to reference to.
